Email agent@visual.systems with the issue, the product name, and any error message. Leave out passwords, access tokens, and private project content.

Account and billing

Open Account to view your connections, purchases, and available subscription controls. Email us if you need help accessing your account or managing a purchase.

Connect Slack

Open Agent, select your project, then choose Connections and Slack. Your workspace may require an administrator to approve installation.

Update access

Use the Update action in your Slack connection, or run /vs-update in Slack from the account that connected the workspace.

Disconnect

Disconnect Slack in your project’s Connections, or remove the app in Slack. Contact us for help with data removal.
