Who this covers

This policy covers information we handle to operate VisualSystem. When you use an agent provided by your employer or another organization, that organization also determines what content it supplies and who can access it. Its privacy notices and the policies of connected services may also apply.

Information we process

Account, billing and connection details, project settings, requests, relevant messages and attachments, authorized app and repository content, generated results, and usage and diagnostic records.

We receive information from you, your use of the service, and the accounts or integrations you authorize. Technical records can include network, device, browser, request, and error information. Payment providers process payment details; we use purchase and subscription records to manage access.

How we use it

To authenticate access, deliver features and results, process payments, manage usage, resolve errors, and provide support. Slack context and connected content are processed according to the permissions and settings for your project.

We also use information to protect the service, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is based on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, legal obligations, or consent where required. These bases do not override your applicable rights.

Service providers

Hosting, storage, AI, integration, and payment providers process information needed to operate our services. Authorized actions may send content to your connected services. Those services also apply their own privacy policies.

AI features send relevant prompts, files, and context to the providers used for your request. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. Provider processing and retention depend on the service and configuration; this policy does not promise that all processing has zero retention.

Sharing and disclosure

Content may be visible to people who can access the project, destination, or connected workspace where you choose to share it. Removing content from VisualSystem does not recall copies already delivered or published elsewhere.

We may disclose information when legally required, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or to establish or defend legal claims. Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the service, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

International processing

Our providers may process information outside your province, state, or country, where laws and government access rules may differ. Applicable transfer requirements still apply. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your use.

Website usage

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and analytics to understand website usage.

You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking session cookies may prevent sign-in and other account features.

Storage and removal

We store account details, settings, requests, and saved work to provide our services. Use the available controls to delete saved work and disconnect services. Disconnecting stops future access; it does not remove content already delivered to Slack or other services. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

Retention depends on the record’s purpose, whether your account or work remains active, and applicable legal requirements. Payment, security, and dispute records may need to remain after other content is deleted. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules; deletion is not a promise of immediate removal from every system.

Security

We use access controls and credential protection to safeguard information. No service, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. Keep account access and connected-service permissions secure, and report suspected unauthorized access to us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and authority, and legal exceptions may apply. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.

If an organization controls the information in your workspace, we may direct your request to it. You may also raise a concern with your local privacy regulator. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law gives you.

Children’s information

Our services are intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially changing how we use personal information.
